Job Responsiblities :

• To prepare detailed plan for the timely execution of the assigned project(s)

• To develop research tools as per Terms of Reference and Technical Proposal

• To interact closely with Data Collection team(s) to ensure timely collection of quality data

• To analyze data in SPSS / STATA and write detailed research reports offering evidence-based solutions

• To prepare PowerPoint Presentation and present it before the client

• To develop winning research proposals in response to tenders

• To prepare Powerpoint presentation and present it before the Bid Evaluation Committee

Eligibility :

• Ph.D / PG in Social Sciences / Agri. & Rural Development / Public Health / Economics / Management / Other related disciplines

• 2 – 9 years of experience in conducting qualitative & quantitative research studies

• Computer savvy with excellent command over written & verbal English

• Preference to candidates having knowledge of SPSS / STATA

Renumeration :

• CTC Rs. 9 - 18 lakh per annum, based on qualification, experience and competence level.

Appointment :

This is a full-time regular position. Initially, the individuals will be appointed on a probationary basis for 1 year. After successful completion of the probation period, the candidates would be absorbed by the organization with benefits, such as, PF, Health Insurance, Medical Allowance, Self-Development Allowance, etc.
