Job Responsiblities :

• To prepare detailed plan for the timely execution of the assigned project(s)

• To develop research tools as per Terms of Reference and Technical Proposal

• Interact closely with the Field Data Collection team to ensure timely collection of quality data

• To analyse data and write detailed research report offering evidence-based solutions

• To develop winning research proposals in response to tenders

• To prepare Power-point Presentation and present it before the clients

• Candidates may be required to carry out other official tasks, delegated from time-to-time.

Eligibility :

• Ph.D. / Masters Degree in Economics / Rural Development / Urban Development / Social Sciences / Livelihood / Education / Agriculture

• Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research studies

• Computer savvy with excellent command over Written & Spoken English; to be adjudged through a test

• Preference will be given to candidates possessing exceptional presentation skills

Renumeration :

• This is a full-time regular position carrying a gross remuneration of Rs. 9-15 lakhs per annum. The remuneration shall be decided on the basis of years of experience and research competence of the candidates, as adjudged through tests.

Appointment :

This is a full-time regular position. Initially, the individuals will be appointed on a probationary basis for a period of 1 year. After successful completion of the probation period, the candidate would be absorbed in the regular cadre of the organization with salary increment and benefits, such as, PF, Health Insurance, Medical Allowance, Self-Development Allowance, etc.
