Job Responsiblities :

• (Proposal Development Unit)

• Go through the RFP/EoI and prepare detailed queries to be raised in the pre-bid meetings

• Participate in the pre-bid meetings and to get proper redressal of the queries

• Work in close coordination with the Proposal Development Team

• Prepare high quality and suitably responsive Technical Proposals in short timelines.

• Make impactful and engaging Proposal Presentations to the Client

• (Project Execution Unit)

• Prepare research framework and study tools as per the research objectives

• Prepare training material for field staff and offer training for data collection

• Supervise data quality and offer resolution to technical queries from the field

• Analyse qualitative and qualitative data using suitable tools like SPSS/STATA/R/ PowerBi/ N-Vivo/ Atlas Ti

• Prepare high quality research reports as per client’s requirements

Requirements :

• Excellent command over written & verbal English (both grammar and language)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Good knowledge of Research Methodology for carrying out monitoring and impact evaluation researches in social sector domains.

• Postgraduate in Social Sciences/Rural Development/Economics/Statistics/Management, etc.

Eligibility :

• Relevant experience in a research or consulting firm.

• Research Analyst (Proposal Development Unit): Minimum 3 Years

• Research Analyst (Project Execution Unit): Minimum 2 years

Renumeration :

• This is a full-time regular position with an initial probation period of 1 year. Starting remuneration

• Research Analyst (Proposal Development Unit): Rs. 10.8 lakh per annum

• Research Analyst (Project Execution Unit): Rs. 9.0 lakh per annum
